What has been your proudest moment so far this year?
Running my first marathon, the Royal Victoria Marathon, finishing 64th overall with a Boston Qualifying time of 3:02:31.
What do you do for a living?
I’m a co-founder of a startup, so my responsibilities vary widely right now.
What do you do for fun?
Running, reading, walking the dog, and kicking it with my friends.
What’s the most important thing you do daily when you wake up?
Smoothie (2x scoops of protein with fruit), coffee, and a bagel with peanut butter.
Why is Movember important to you?
The men in my life are important to me, so I’m proud to support the work Movember does for us all.

What is a current favourite piece of media?
The Bhagavad Gita—in fact, I googled “what to read after The Bhagavad Gita” and a common answer was “read the Gita again.”

What have you done this year to improve your mental health?
Went all in on consistent training, sleep, and nutrition; quit alcohol outright.
